What to include in a support request
In the app, open Settings -> Support and use Copy diagnostic summary. Paste that summary into TestFlight feedback or a support email when possible.
Please include:
- TestFlight build number;
- iPad model;
- iPadOS version;
- whether you were online or offline;
- whether you were signed in;
- the screen or workflow you were using;
- any report code or backend requestId shown by the app;
- what you expected to happen;
- what actually happened;
- steps to reproduce the issue if you can;
- screenshots only if they do not show private client material.
AI issues
For AI Reference Analysis or AI Quick Stencil issues, include:
- whether the issue happened in Source Prep, Clean, or Generate;
- selected AI option/detail level if shown;
- whether the app showed a quote, credit, or sign-in message;
- whether an AI Draft appeared in the candidate list for Quick Stencil;
- whether the output was usable, blocked, offset, too dense, too sparse, or not close enough to the source;
- whether deterministic generation gave a better result.
Do not send body photos, client-private material, confidential client designs, or private studio records through support unless asked for a safe redacted example.
What not to send
Please do not send:
- body photos;
- private client photos;
- client names, phone numbers, or addresses;
- confidential client designs;
- private studio paperwork;
- images you do not have permission to share;
- payment details;
- passwords or Apple/Google login codes.
Beta support limits
Linewright is in beta. Some features may be incomplete, disabled, or changed between builds.
The beta does not currently provide:
- cloud project sync;
- cloud backup or restore;
- hosted project rooms;
- client review links;
- public collaboration;
- booking, CRM, or invoicing tools;
- printer hardware guarantees;
- client-specific body fitting or AR try-on.
Printing and sizing support
Linewright helps prepare export geometry, tiling, mirror state, and print-ready files. It cannot guarantee that every printer or print-driver route will preserve exact physical scale.
Before using a stencil from the beta in real work, check the exported file, printer settings, scale, paper size, mirror state, and any tiling layout.
Account deletion
Signed-in users can delete their Linewright account in the app:
Workspace account chip -> Settings -> Delete account
Account deletion removes the cloud account and retained account/AI credit records. It does not delete local files already stored on your iPad.
Response times
During private beta, support is handled manually. Response times may vary.
